We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing design team. You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, from e-commerce platforms to mobile applications, helping our clients create products that users love.What You'll Do
- Lead UX design for client projects across various industries
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth
- Help develop and maintain our design system and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills
- Experience working with design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for creating user-centered designs
